Hypnotherapy And Past Life Discovery

Benefits of Hypnotherapy and Past Life Regressions.

Hypnosis—also called hypnotherapy—is a natural state of focused awareness and deep relaxation. With the gentle guidance of a trained practitioner, hypnosis uses calming verbal repetition and mental imagery to help you quiet the mind and tune in more deeply.

During hypnosis, most people feel peaceful, safe, and relaxed. This state allows the subconscious mind to become more open to positive suggestions and new ways of thinking, while you remain fully in control the entire time. You are always in complete control while under hypnosis.

Below are examples of  how hypnotherapy can help you.

Anxiety and Stress
Reducing anxiety: Hypnotherapy can help individuals develop deep relaxation techniques and effective coping strategies, reducing both emotional and physical symptoms of anxiety. It has shown particular promise for managing anxiety related to surgery and medical procedures.

Mood and Mental Health

Managing depression and anxiety: Hypnotherapy may enhance the effectiveness of traditional mental health treatments by alleviating symptoms and supporting emotional regulation. It is typically used as an adjunctive therapy.

Improving Sleep

Individuals experiencing insomnia, disrupted sleep, or even sleep apnea may see improvements in sleep quality through hypnotherapy.

Boosting confidence and self-esteem

Many people report increased self-worth, clarity, and confidence following hypnotherapy sessions.

Past Life Regression (PLR)

(See Lisa’s personal story below.)

This is a therapeutic technique that uses hypnosis to help individuals access memories or experiences believed to be from previous lifetimes. While scientific evidence on the literal existence of past lives is debated, many people find profound personal and emotional value in the experience. Whether viewed as metaphor, memory, or spiritual insight, the benefits can be significant.
What are some of the benefits of past life regression therapy?

Emotional Healing

Release unresolved trauma:  PLR can uncover deep-seated emotional wounds that may manifest as anxiety, fear, or physical discomfort in the present life.

Overcome phobias and fears:  Some individuals experience sudden relief from irrational fears after tracing them to a past-life origin.

Greater Self-Awareness

Understand repeating patterns:  PLR can provide insight into patterns in relationships, behaviors, or choices that seem to repeat across lifetimes.

Deepen self-understanding:  It offers a new lens for viewing current challenges, relationships, or emotions, helping individuals see their lives from a broader perspective.

Spiritual Growth

Connect with the soul’s journey:  Many report a deepened sense of spiritual purpose or connection to their higher self after regression experiences.

Explore karmic influences:  PLR may reveal the roots of current-life dynamics or challenges as part of a larger karmic cycle, offering clarity and acceptance.

Healing Relationships

Gain insight into relationship dynamics:  PLR can shed light on intense or complex relationships, suggesting unresolved energy or soul connections from other lifetimes.

Facilitate forgiveness and closure:  By viewing a relationship in the context of a past life, individuals may find it easier to forgive, let go, or heal.

Personal Empowerment

Reclaim inner strength:  Some regressions reveal lifetimes of courage, wisdom, or unique talents, allowing individuals to reclaim those qualities in the present.

Discover life purpose:  Many people report a clearer sense of their soul’s mission or life purpose after a regression session.

As a side note, Lisa wants you to know “it’s just super cool!” Below is her personal story:

“I’ve personally experienced several past life regressions with a trusted colleague, and I can honestly say they’ve been some of the most fascinating and eye-opening experiences of my life.

In one regression, I discovered a life where I was a male sheriff in an old town. I was wrongfully accused of something I didn’t do and was tragically hung in the middle of town because of that lie.

In another, I found myself working in a castle centuries ago. I was poisoned, and I remember the burning sensation in my throat and stomach as I collapsed down a flight of stairs. What struck me later was how this aligned with the throat issues I’ve experienced in this lifetime.

I also relived a life where I died giving birth to my fifth child. I was a happy mother and wife. We lived on a small farm. The overwhelming guilt of leaving my children behind stayed with me in that session, reminding me how emotions from past lives can echo into the present.

What made these sessions so remarkable was the way I experienced them—sometimes fully inside the body, and at other times watching the events unfold as if I were viewing a movie. Each regression gave me greater understanding, healing, and perspective.

Past life regression can be a truly powerful tool for uncovering hidden patterns, healing old wounds, and gaining a deeper sense of who we are across lifetimes.” – Lisa Tarves

COMING SOON – NLP Therapy (Neuro-Linguistic Programming)– See more below and stay tuned!

Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) Therapy is a method that helps people change the way they think, feel, and behave by focusing on the connection between their mind (neuro), language (linguistic), and actions (programming).

Here’s a simple breakdown:

  • Neuro refers to your brain and how you process experiences through your senses.

  • Linguistic means how language—both what you say out loud and your inner self-talk—affects your mindset.

  • Programming is about the patterns or “programs” you run automatically (like habits, reactions, or beliefs).

In NLP therapy, a practitioner helps you notice and “reprogram” unhelpful patterns of thinking or behavior. For example, if someone automatically feels anxious before public speaking, NLP techniques can help them replace that response with calm confidence.

It’s often used for confidence building, stress relief, breaking bad habits, improving communication, and personal growth.
